1 bunch of black radish, 1 cup of olive oil, 1 lemon and salt.
The leaves should be extracted from the radish. Chop to 3 or 4 cm tall of fresh parts and wash thoroughly until it get rid the soil. Boil the water in a saucepan. Put washed radishes in boiling water and keep boiling until its colour has changed. Take out from the boiled water with a straining ladle. Add Olive oil, lemon juice and salt on it and stir. It is ready to serve once it is cold.
