1 bunch of mustard, 1 cup of olive oil, 1 lemon and salt.
Mustard seeds are extracted from the outer leaves. Fresh parts about 3-4 cm. tall, chopped and washed thoroughly until it the soil is gone. Boil the water in a saucepan. Washed mustard herbs are put into the boiling water, boil until its colour changes. After they have cooked, put them in an other pot with a perforated ladle. Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt on it and then stir. It is ready to serve when cold.
