1 or 2 bunch of bitter herbs, 1 cup of olive oil, 1 onion, 100 grams of curds, 2 or 3 eggs and salt.
Get fresh herbs from market and chop them. Put sunflower oil and sliced onion into a pot. Sauté onions for a while, and put washed and chopped herbs into the pot. Put a little water in it and roast the herbs until they become yellow. Add curds in it and stir. Break 2 or 3 eggs on the cooked herbs and stir. When the eggs are cooked, roasted herbs are ready to be served.
