Ingredients :

1 kg of Sea Beans, 8 cloves of garlic, 2 medium-size lemons, 1 cup olive oil and a little salt.

Preparation:

Put Sea beans into a large pot with 2 litres water and boil for 20 minutes after washing them (without cutting the roots). Pour cold water on the boiled sea beans to make them cold. By holding their roots peels them on a clean dish. Put the lemon and grated garlic and the oil, then it is ready to serve.
