Ingredients :

A little of zucchini flowers, 300 grams of  rice, dill, fresh mint, 1 grated onion, 1 cup of sunflower oil, black pepper and salt.

Preparation :

Cut their stems and wash  zucchini flowers thoroughly upside down. Wash the rice and dry it. Add fresh mint, dill, grated onion, pepper and salt into the rice. Make a space on top of the flowers whilst putting the rice mixture into it. Put them into the pan and cover with water to the top of the pan. A cup of oil will be added. Place a dish over them to prevent them spreading. Close the lid of the pan and cook on a low heat for about 30 minutes.
