Ingredients: 1/2 kg extracted honey,  ½ kg sesame seeds.

Preparation:

Put the sesame seeds in a pan and brown it without oil. Put the honey in a pot and cook it until it froths. Add the browned sesame seeds to it. Cook it stirring. When it gets harder to stir it, that means it’s done. Put the mix in a small tray, even it with the help of a spoon. Cut it in diamond shaped slices before it gets cold completely.
