Ingredients: 8 green peppers, 1 piece of feta cheese, 1 glass of walnuts, 10 or 15 branches of parsley, 5 spoons of  full oil, 1 spoon full of salt.

For the top: 2 spoons full of oil.

Preparation:

Mash the cheese. Add divided walnuts, chopped parsley, salt and oil, and mix. Carve the peppers and fill it with the mix. Place the stuffed peppers in to an oven. Spread the oil on it. Keep it in the oven (190 degrees) for half an hour.
