Ingredients:

500 grams fresh coriander (called kişkiş by the locals), 2 medium sized onions, 1 glass of olive oil, 2 spoons full of cracked wheat, 2 tea spoons full of red pepper paste, 1 tea spoons full of salt, chilli pepper, 1 glass of hot water, 1 lemon juice.

Preparation:

Wash, drain and chop the coriander. Put the oil and chopped onions in a medium sized pot and brown them for 3-4 minutes. Add the pepper paste and the cracked wheat and go on browning for another 2 minutes. Add the chopped coriander, salt, chilli pepper and hot water. Cook it on a low heat until the coriander is softened. Add the lemon juice before you take it off the stove. You can add 1 or 2 cloves of mashed garlic if you want. Cook it just like you would cook spinach and serve it hot. NOTE: You can add minced meat while cooking or serve with small fried meatballs.
