Ingredients: 1 and half glass of boiled chickpeas, 1 kg Cardoon (Koger), 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of  tomato paste,  oil and salt. 

Preparation :

Remove the tough outer ribs, cut the inner ribs into small slices and soak in water to prevent from browning. Roast them with onion and oil. Add tomato paste and water. Add boiled chickpeas and cook them together.
