1 kg Karaville (snails), 3 onions, 5 tomatoes, 2 red pepper, 1 banch of parsley, pinch black pepper, pinch salt, 1 lemon, 1 glass of oil, 1 spoon of tomato paste and 3 cloves of garlic.
Wash snails with salt in to sieve a couple of times. Boil them in salty water until they come up to the surface and filter them. Do this 3 times. The shells of them are cut by knife. Boil them into salty water and filter them again. Saute chopped onion in the oil, put pepper, tomato paste in. Add snails into the mixture and cook 10 minutes more. Stir them together. Add parsley, garlic, black pepper, salt, lemon and water as much as you like.
