Ingredients : 1 kg mushrooms, 2 onions,  ½ cup olive oil and 2 garlic cloves.

Preparation:

Wash all mushrooms first and make them dry for a while. Chop the mushrooms and put in a pan on the middle fire. After 15 minutes later, they will be softer and drizzle the water through the filter. Chop the onions and put in a frying pan with oil. Add boiled mushrooms and sauté for 15-20 minutes more. Cook until you heard sound the of the crunching as my mother said. 5 minutes later, turn off the oven. Enjoy it.
