Ingredients for fried rice : 100 grams of rice, 30 grams of onion, 1 clove of garlic, 20 grams of pine nuts, 20 grams of currants , 2 grams of allspice, 2 grams of cinnamon, 10 grams of salt, 2 grams of black pepper, 500 ml of chicken broth, 10 grams of parmesan cheese, 30 grams of butter, 30 ml of olive oil 

Ingredient: 8 large morel mushrooms.

Preparation:

Gently clean whole morel mushrooms of dirt and grit; place mushrooms in a colander and drain for about 5 minutes. Trim bottoms of the hollow stems, so the hole is big enough for filling. Put chopped onions and garlic in olive oil in and saute them. Add pine nuts, currants and rice in it. Sauté for a while. Add cinnamon, all spice, salt, black pepper. Roast them all for a while. Gradually add chicken broth in to it. As it is almost cooked, add partisan cheese and butter with consistency.  Mushrooms can be cooked by steaming for 1 minute. Fill it with the prepared rice. It is cooked by steaming again. To boil the mushrooms, put some water in a pan and put a sieve on top and close the lid. The mushrooms should not be put into the boiled water.
