Ingredients : 1 lamb rib and arm.

For inner ingredients : 3 glasses of rice, 2 onions, 2 tablespoon of tomato paste, pinch of parsley, 200 grams of chicken liver, pinch salt and pepper, oil and water.

Preparation:

Chop the onion and put into the pan. Chop chicken liver finely and add the rice and stir it. Add salt, pepper and chopped parsley finely. Add 2 spoons of tomato paste and water as much the pan can hold, close the lid of the pan. Open 1 lamb ribs and fill with rice stuffed. Put in to the oven heated at 180 degrees in advance. Enjoy your meal.
