Ingredients : 1 lamb rib and arm.
For inner ingredients : 3 glasses of rice, 2 onions, 2 tablespoon of tomato paste, pinch of parsley, 200 grams of chicken liver, pinch salt and pepper, oil and water.
Chop the onion and put into the pan. Chop chicken liver finely and add the rice and stir it. Add salt, pepper and chopped parsley finely. Add 2 spoons of tomato paste and water as much the pan can hold, close the lid of the pan. Open 1 lamb ribs and fill with rice stuffed. Put in to the oven heated at 180 degrees in advance.
