1 large mullet, 2 onions, 4 or 5 cloves garlic , 2 tomatoes, 1/4 lemon juice, 1/2 cup of water, 4 tablespoons oil, 4 or 5 bay leaves, pinch salt and pepper.
When you buy the mullet ask to be cleared and, cut into rings of round. Wash the fish slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper of both sides. Put the sliced onions on a pan and place the fish on the slices. Spread on the fish remaining onions, garlic, sliced tomatoes and bay leaves and some lemon juice, vegetable oil some water then cook until it is tender. Serve hot. Bon Appétit ..
