2 egg whites, 1/3 cup of sugar, pastry bag and a sheet of parchment paper.
Separate egg whites from egg yolks and mix egg whites with mixer bowl. Beat them until they form solid white foam. Then start adding sugar spoon by spoon and continue beating until all sugar is mixed and dissolved. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on baking pan. Fill the mixture into the pastry bag and place on the baking pan by making small pieces, before you put it in the oven. Once you place all on the baking pan, put it into the oven. 30- 35 minutes later remove and put in a bag to keep it dry, if left outside it will be like a chewing.
