Ingredients:

Internal intestine, 1 cup of rice, pinch currants, pinch pine nuts, 1 onion, pinch salt and black pepper.

Preparation:

Tie up the bottom part of intestines after being washed well. Dry the intestines for a while then add all the ingredients then put the meat in the pan add some water and then boil before you fry it. The water in the pan can be used as soup later on called trotter.
