Ingredients: 1 of any big fish such as laos, sturgeon, trance, big mullet or red sea bream, 1 tomato, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, pinch of parsley, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, 2 tablespoon olive oil,  pinch of cumin, 1 tablespoon lemon sour or juice. 


Cut the fish into pieces. Remove fish bones. Put them on a tray. Put chopped onions, tomato, potato, olive oil, carrot, salt, pepper, cumin on them. Put it on the oven. Prepare a sauce with garlic, lemon sour or juice and parsley. Add the sauce on it once is cooked. Enjoy it.
