Ingredients

Goat arm chop, honey, olive oil, rice, liver, onion, cumin, cinnamon, currants

Preparation:

Get the meat from the butcher and mention the name surha then put into a little honey, olive oil, substituting meat a day to rest. The next day prepare the rice which is called iç pilav as rice with onions, nuts, diced liver and currants. Fill in the meat with the rice. Put some oil and tomato sauce in before putting in the oven. Cook for 2 or 3 hours then enjoy your meal!
