1 kg flour, 500 grams granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1.2 litre of water, ½ lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 eggs, 1 glass of milk, 1 cup of water, 1 kg of ground walnuts, 1 kg of melted butter.
Dough is kneaded with all the ingredients except the walnuts and butter. Chill it for 30 minutes before continuing and then it is divided into small lumps. Roll each lumps out to a rough oval shape to make phyllo dough, sprinkling the work surface and phyllo with flour to keep from sticking. Sprinkle with walnuts and melted butter in each phyllo dough. Wrapped it with the help of a rolling pin and is placed in a twisted form into the pan. The remaining butter is add on the top of it. Cook at 170 degree in the oven for about 35 minutes. The hot syrup is poured on when it comes out of the oven.
