Ingredients

6 glasses of water, 1 and half glass of granulated sugar, 1 small glass of rice, 1 spoon of cornflour, 1 small glass of currant, 1 spoon of pine nuts and saffron.

Preparation

Put saffron into the water. Boil the rice in a pan. Pour the water with saffron in the boiled rice. Add the sugar, currant and pine nuts in it and cook them together. Whisk corn floor with the water add into the zerde. After it is cooked, put into small cups and make them cool. Add the rest of currant and pine nuts on top of the zerde.
