Ingredients : 1/2 kg spinach or purslane, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 cup yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion, 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Wash the spanish and chop into very small pieces. Put it into saucepan and add onion, salt and pepper. Allow to roast for 10 minutes. Add yoghurt and lemon juice when is cold. Borani makes a great snack or appetizer.
This easy recipe can be used for all herbs that are roasted especially spinach and purslane mix with garlic yoghurt, put sauce with red pepper and oil.
