Ingredients : 1/2 kg of meat, 2 cups of coarse bulgur, 2 teaspoons of butter, 2 teaspoons of oil, 1 onion, salt and pepper.
Cook meat first. Put the juice of cooked meat aside and drain the cooked meat. Fry the grated onion with oil in a shallow pan. Add the bulgur, salt, cooked meat and juice of cooked mea to make bulgur pilaf. Let the bulgur simmer gently until all the liquid has been absorsed. Keeping the pan covered, remove it from the heat.
Alternatively, put bulgur, cooked meat and butter in a pan. Allow to roast them together. Your meal is ready to be served.
