Ingredients: 100 grams bulgur or rice, 10 grape leaves, pinch black pepper, pinch salt, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh parsley,1 onion, 1 tablespoon of oil.
Preparation : Knead bulgur or rice, black pepper, salt, parsley, tomato paste, onion, olive oil with together . Fresh vine leaves are boiled. Fill the mixture in a leaf and roll up. Repeat with it filling to make 10 stuffed vine leaves and cook. Stuffed leaf without meat (grape leaves filled filled rice or bulgur flavoured with pine nuts, blackcurrants and spices) is usually called 'yalancı (false) dolma' in Turkish. If the roasted meat is added, "Stuffed Vine Leaves" is called.
