Ingredient:

2 or 3 tablespoonful tarhana dough, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup of the meat juice or some mince, 1 tea spoon butter and 1 clove garlic.2 or 3 tablespoonfull tarhana dough, 1/2 cup water, 2 teaspoon crushed tomato, 2 or 3 cup chicken stock, crushed red pepper, 1 tea spoon butter.

Preparation:

Place the tarhana and 1/2 cup water in a pot. Leave it alone for 1 or 2 hours for tarhana to dissolve a bit. Then add in the rest of ingredients. Cook and stir constatntly over medium-low heat. It is ready to be served.
