Ingredients : 1 cup of cowpeas (soak one day in advance), 5 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of  flour, 1 gloves of garlic, 1 grated tomato and pinch salt.

Preparation : Fry flour and garlic in the oil. Add grated tomato and stir them. Add verjuice, salt and water and boil them together. Put boiled cowbeans into it and cook a little more. Your meal is ready to be served.
